The level of customer service I received was completely unacceptable and far below what should be expected from a public-facing service. The staff member I dealt with was openly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. From the moment I approached the counter, their attitude was hostile and unhelpful. When I asked for assistance, I was met with impatience and a tone that felt disrespectful and inappropriate. At no point did they attempt to provide proper customer support or show basic courtesy. This kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the branch and creates an uncomfortable environment for customers. No one should feel disrespected or unwelcome when accessing essential services. I strongly urge management to review staff conduct at this location and take appropriate action. Based on this experience, I would not return and cannot recommend this branch to others.
